In Djurs Sommerland
The Season Pass is personal
Upon entrance into Djurs Sommerland, your picture will be shown on a screen that is visible to Djurs Sommerland's inspectors, who must identify you as the correct holder of the Season Pass. Season Pass holders may be asked to present identification in certain cases.
Your digital season pass in the Djurs Sommerland App or your physical season pass must be used to obtain access to Djurs Sommerland. Providing a picture of the season pass or similar is not sufficient. In this case an administration fee of DKK 50 will be applied to obtain access to Djurs Sommerland.
Digital Season Pass
Your digital season pass in the Djurs Sommerland App contains your name, card number og validation period. Your picture on the season pass will be manually approved by Djurs Sommerland before the season pass will become valid.
Physical Season Pass
Your physical season pass contains your name and card number.
A picture of you will be taken when making a physical season pass, unless you have uploaded a current picture of yourself online upon purchasing the pass in the Djurs Sommerland webshop.
An annual sticker will have to be applied to the season pass at your first visit to assure that the season pass I valid.
Forgotten Season Pass
There is only free admission to Djurs Sommerland with a presentation of a valid Season Pass.
If you forget your Season Pass, and we can find you in our system, you can enter Djurs Sommerland by paying an administration fee of DKK 50.
Replacements Season Pass
Lost, damaged or dropped Season Passes are not replaced for free.
Once you have blocked the previous Season Pass by contacting Djurs Sommerland, you can buy a replacement card for DKK 75.
Inclusion of Season Pass
Djurs Sommerland reserves the right to withdraw a Season Pass without notice if the Season Pass holder violates Djurs Sommerland's rules.
Bio-Match
Djurs Sommerland uses Bio-Match to ensure that the correct Season Pass holder gains admittance to the park. Read More.
Unused Season Passes
A season card must be redeemed in the season it is purchased for. If the Season Pass is not used during the season, it is not possible to transfer the Season Pass to next season.
