Print at home tickets are valid for admission to Djurs Sommerland as indicated on the ticket. The ticket is valid only for the selected date range.
Print at home tickets must be printed on plain white paper before the visit.
Alternatively, print at home tickets can be scanned directly from the mobile.
Please note that once a barcode is scanned correctly at the entrance to Djurs Sommerland, it cannot be used again.
The 2-day ticket is scanned at both visits and can only be used for two consecutive visits.
You are responsible for any misuse of the print at home ticket, so take the necessary precautions to avoid abuse.
All prices include 25% VAT.
Djurs Sommerland assumes no responsibility for printing errors.
On extra busy days, Djurs Sommerland reserves the right to close the park. This will be solely for security reasons and thus in the public interest. Tickets purchased in advance incl. Season Passes do not guarantee access to Djurs Sommerland on any particular day.
Access to Djurs Sommerland takes place on a first-come, first-served basis and we recommend that you arrive early in the day.
For security reasons, we also reserve the right to ask guests to leave the park, and we reserve the right to close attractions, venues, and shows without prior notice.
Storage of information
The information you provide when purchasing a 1-day ticket, 2-day ticket, and Season Pass is treated confidentially and is only used in connection with the issuance and subsequent verification of the entrance ticket and Season Pass, as well as for sending one to two letters annually with offers on admission or Renewal of Season Pass.
The information is not disclosed to other companies. In general, we will delete your information if you have not repurchased tickets after the first season after purchase or renewed your Season Pass two seasons after the creation of the Season Ticket.
If you request that your information be deleted during the season in which you created a Season Pass, your Season Pass will be invalidated and the Season Pass will not be refunded. In the following seasons, you can always contact us and ask for your information to be deleted.
Print at home tickets will be delivered to the provided email address shortly after we receive your order.
Remember to check your spam filter.
Djurs Sommerland assumes no responsibility for delays in delivery due to technical problems. No fees are calculated.

Payment and security
Payment can be made with Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, VisaElectron og Mastercard. There is no right of withdrawal on purchases through Djurs Sommerlands Webshop, and the money is therefore not refundable.
The ticket must be redeemed during the season for which it was purchased. If the ticket is not put into service during that season, it is not possible to transfer the ticket to subsequent seasons.
Credit card transactions are done on a separately secured server with full encryption of all credit card information. Djurs Sommerland works with NETS to maintain a secure payment solution. This solution meets all PBS requirements for secure payment solutions. Your credit card information will not be made available to other companies or organizations.
To recognize your information on your next visit to our webshop, a 'cookie' is placed on your computer. This 'cookie' is also used to track your shopping cart, for statistical purposes as well as to target advertising.
Personal information is treated confidentially by Djurs Sommerland. The data you entered is placed on a secure server in a database.
Disclosure of complaint
A complaint about a product or service purchased from Djurs Sommerland can be filed with "Konkurrence- og Forbrugerstyrelens Center for Klageløsning", Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby. You can complain to the Complaints Center at www.forbrug.dk
The EU Commission's online complaint portal can also be used in filing complaints. This is particularly relevant for consumers residing in another EU country. Complaint is filed here http://ec.europa.eu/odr. When filing a complaint, you must provide our email address firstname.lastname@example.org
